Located in a portion of Beaver Creek State park is a ghost town called Sprucevale. Sprucevale was a small trading town that sprung up during the construction of the Sandy and Beaver Canal. After some serious flooding of the canal and its eventual closing, the town basically dried up and ceased to exist. Although there is still some physical remnants of the town (and canal), there are other non-worldly things that still existing in this area.

Renovation Theory
We recently polled our staff members on the concept of the paranormal related "Renovation Theory".
The Renovation Theory states that when renovations are made in a home or business that paranormal activity will start to pick up. It is said that the activity starts to pick up because the ghost is supposedly disturbed, by all of the changes being made to the home. If the ghost is a person that had died in the home and does not know they are dead they may still remain in the home because it’s something that is familiar to them. When the renovations start to occur you are changing something that the ghost is familiar with and you are disturbing the ghost.

Segway Tours of Gettysburg Battlefield
Company Website: http://www.segtours.com/
This is not a review of a ghost tour; however, it is a review of a tour that involves history, so we are including it on the website. When we first booked out trip to Gettysburg, we wanted to have a different way to view the battlefields. There are several different ways that you can do this of course; you can book a bus tour, you can purchase a CD and do a self-paced tour, you can even hire a park ranger to ride around with you in your car to tour the battlefield, but one of the things that we came across that was different was a segway tour of the battlefield. That was truly a different and unique experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting the Gettysburg area.

Evidence Review, Tolomato Cemetery EVP Revised, How it all began
Last night I was having a FB chat with a friend and was asked if I have ever had any experiences that I could just not explain. The question began me to think about how I got involved and intrigued with the whole paranormal research and I remember my first capture of an EVP, and that was the video my wife and I captured at the Tolomato cemetery while on a vacation to St. Augustine, Florida.
